If you are looking for a way to immerse yourself in the Christmas spirit, visit Disney World around the holidays.

The happiest place on earth gets a little happier this time of year. Christmastime in Disney World is a magical experience for all ages. Christmas carols will be heard in every corner of Walt Disney World. Santa graces Main Street at the Magic Kingdom and your little ones can visit him and still get Mickey's autograph. Belle is dressed in her holiday finest and tells her stories with a little holiday twist.

If your planning a trip to Disney World during this time of year, here are some holiday attractions you don't want to miss:

At the Magic Kingdom

Reserve your tickets for Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party. You will enjoy an enchanted holiday evening featuring snow on Main Street, a spectacular parade, dance parties with characters and cookies and hot chocolate. An added bonus to attending this party is you will see smaller crowds and shorter lines. The memories you take home with you will last a lifetime.

At Epcot

The story of Christmas unfolds amidst a full orchestra's renditions of well loved Christmas carols and hymns. Epcot's Holiday Processional is a favorite tradition for many Disney World goers. Famous actors retell the Greatest Story ever told. Get ready to be fully engrossed in the spirit of Christmas. Reserve a dinner package reservation to make you night complete. Several of Epcot's top restaurants will serve you prior to the processional and you won' t have to wait in a long line to see the show.

At Hollywood Studios

The Osborne Lights are a sight to see. Millions of twinkling lights choreographed to Christmas carols make you want to sing and dance and hold onto that holiday spirit, which is contagious, by the way. Watch as children's eyes light up when the lights start dancing to some of their favorite songs of the season. Some snow may fall in this region of Florida as well so keep an eye out for it.

At the Animal Kingdom

Jingle Jungle all the way at Mickey's Jingle Jungle parade only at the Animal Kingdom. It is a feast for the eyes to behold and you'll leave with the beat in your mind. The music will have you swinging like a monkey right into that holiday mode. Chill out and enjoy the festival of Christmas as only Disney's Animal Kingdom can celebrate it.

The holiday season will tickle your fancy wherever you travel in Disney World. Your heart will not want to let go of that holly jolly feeling. Disney World hotels and parks are adorned with festive lights and garland. Disney shaped topiaries don Santa hats and coats. All of the characters you meet are dressed in their holiday best. Carolers and skits are a thrill when you visit Downtown Disney which is a holiday shopper's dream. Visit the lobby at the Beach Club and be overcome with the smell and sight of a gingerbread masterpiece. It's like being a kid all over again, maybe even a little better.
